Our Terms & Conditions of Business sets out the basis on which BetterQuotes.ie provides it’s service. Please take a few minutes to read through these before submitting a form on this website. These terms are valid from 1st April 2012 until further notice.

BetterQuotes.ie does not have any “tied” relationships with any insurance business that would compromise your ability to get the best insurance quotes.

Our Services
BetterQuotes.ie acts as a marketing service that is used by a number of insurance businesses that are all regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. All applicants using BetterQuotes.ie are free to choose which insurance firm they proceed with and will never be advised to choose one businesses over another. All applicants must tick a check box to say they have read these terms and conditions before proceeding. Any quotes you receive will be provided by an authorised insurance business, and you agree to be contacted by one of these businesses.


Consumer Protection
Corporate Assistance Limited is registered as a data controller with the data commissioner. Personal information may be collected from you and stored electronically. This information is collected from you whenever you fill out a form on this website. This information is used by the insurance business that will contact you in order to generate quotations for the products which you have selected.


Use of Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be used by one of the businesses offering quotations through this site. However, your personal information will not be disclosed to other third parties without your prior consent (subject to any disclosure as may be required by law).


Data Protection
By law, you are entitled to see a copy of any personal information about you which is held on file. Should you wish to obtain a copy of this information, then please contact the insurance business that has provided your quote. Should you find that they hold personal information about you which is inaccurate, then they are responsible for making any necessary corrections immediately. At your request, they are responsible for deleting any personal information about you which is held by them.


Complaints
Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided by our firm should be made in writing to Better Quotes, Suite 5049, 5 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2. Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receiving it. Our company will attempt to investigate and resolve a complaint within 40 business days of having received the complaint.


Conflict of Interest
It is the policy of our firm to avoid any conflict of interest when providing services to anyone. However, where an unavoidable conflict may arise we will advise you of this in writing before proceeding to provide any service. If you have not been advised of any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
